We not only helped secure her ideal plot of land and guided her through the building process, but we also locked in a fixed price. And boy, did Anne hit it out of the park when it came to her finances and savings! By playing the savings game like a pro, she managed to keep up with market prices while simultaneously building up her nest egg. Together, we made her homeownership dreams a playful yet professional reality.
The Outcome -
A lock and leave home became an absolute essential for our super-busy client. With the kids soaking up the great outdoors, affordability and getting on the property ladder were our top priorities. So, we crafted a fantastic 3x2 build, complete with spacious bedrooms and a master retreat at the rear – the perfect hideaway for some much-needed downtime! To maximize interior space, we cleverly positioned the laundry in the garage – a move we love.

While Byford seemed tempting due to their friends' recommendations, we knew we could do better in terms of growth and location. Channeling our wizard-like powers, we managed to secure them one of the last blocks in a thriving Treeby estate - on a very tight budget!

Seb and Macy wanted a hassle-free, lock and leave home, and we made their dreams a reality on a standalone block in the charming Treeby. Meet our clients, Peter and Roselle – formerly burned by a bad builder breakup. But no need to fret! We swooped in with smiles and a can-do attitude, determined to make their homeownership dreams a reality. Their quest for a suburb with growth potential, a roomy garage for the 4WD, a spacious yard for their furry friends, and an entertainer's kitchen had us up for the challenge. Together, we worked like a dream team to source the perfect block, meet tight budget constraints, and make all their must-haves fit like puzzle pieces. Spoiler alert: We crushed it, and now our happy clients can't stop grinning from ear to ear.
